This workshop will be suitable for newcomers and intermediate students.

For newcomers, the workshop will offer an introduction to the foundations of Yan Shou Gong, and an exploration of the first two sets.

For intermediate students, the workshop will cover more sets from the first six.

The times will be 11am-5pm on Saturday to allow time before for people travelling from further away.
