This will be a shorter (1-1.5hr) workshop introducing Yan Shou Gong in the context of the South West Martial Arts Show.

Booking is via their site/EventBrite. Attendance is first come first served on the day, once in the venue.

There will also be a Yan Shou Gong stall at the event, so even if you can’t make the workshop, you can still come and meet us. We’ll happily answer any questions you may have.
