This course will introduce Yan Shou Gong, and is ideal for newcomers. We will introduce the strings, and Set 1, the most important Yan Shou Gong set.

For those already familiar with Yan Shou Gong, there will be the opportunity to progress beyond set 1, exploring either set 2 or 3, depending upon the experience level of participants.
