These workshops will introduce Yan Shou Gong to newcomers, offering simple qigong like exercises, then explaining and demonstrating how to use pressure tests to understand how to test your structure.

Alongside this, there will be opportunities elsewhere within the festival site for more in-depth exploration of Yan Shou Gong for those that are interested.
