Sifu Lyndon, head of YSG Europe, is returning to Glastonbury to follow up on the workshop we made in the spring of 2025.

The workshop will build upon some of the principles that were taught at the previous event, but will also be suitable for brand new beginners.

For those that are new, we can study the concept of our strings in Yan Shou Gong, work through the first and second Yan Shou Gong forms and the applications of those forms, and for those more advanced, there will an opportunity to delve into deeper levels of the forms you already know and possibly learn forms that you haven’t yet studied.
