This workshop will be suitable for newcomers and intermediate students.

We will begin with an introduction/refresher into Yan Shou Gong principles, such as the strings and how we can find them in our own experience.

For the remaining time, we will have two streams - the newcomer stream will learn and explore Set 1, learning the moves and then practicing tests to confirm that structure is in place.

The intermediate stream will learn and explore further sets, again, learning the moves and practicing tests to understand the principles the sets demonstrate.

The times will be 11am-5pm to allow time before for people travelling from further away.
