This will be a small, half-day workshop held in North Widcombe, mainly focused on beginners.

The venue itself is a private location, so the address will be provided via email upon registration. (Currently there are not many spaces left.)

The start time is 13:00 and we’ll aim to finish at 17:00

Since it’s a later start, we’ll take short, regular breaks but won’t have a longer break for lunch. Please eat before the class starts, or, if you’re feeling especially stoic, fast until we end.

If participants need to arrive a little later or leave earlier due to travel, this is fine.

We will focus our practice mainly on set one, Everything Comes From Emptiness, as well as various exercises to improve our sensitivity to Qi.
