This workshop will focus on Set 1, introducing this most fundamental Yan Shou Gong form. We will first learn the form, then explore how we test the structures implied by and introduced in the set.

The workshop will be outdoors, weather permitting, in the park near Stratford Park Leisure Centre. There is a large car park right by the park.

This workshop will be suitable for beginners to Yan Shou Gong as well as those with some prior experience.
